"NextSpeak - Mandarin TTS" is a learning tool using NeoSpeech TTS (Text-To-Speech) technology. It includes many versatile functions and a Mandarin synthesized female voice (NeoSpeech Lily) licensed from NeoSpeech. NeoSpeech is the leader in speech technology whose product has been chosen by ODU Center for Advanced Engineering Environments at NASA Langley as a key component for a breakthrough learning environment, and has been chosen by the renowned astrophysicist Stephen Hawking in Year 2004 as his new voice.

"NextSpeak - Mandarin TTS" is comprised of 3 modules:

1. "NextSpeak - Mandarin TTS" Program module including the NeoSpeech Lily-16 TTS engine.
2. "NextSpeak - Mandarin TTS" Library containing sample documents which are to be installed under the user Application Data directory.
3. NextDict multi-lingual dictionaries.
4. "NextSpeak - Mandarin TTS" MS Office Add-in allows you to easily access "NextSpeak - Mandarin TTS"
   and NextDict from MS Office .
